Obviously, a good week. Wow, way better than I'd expected actually...I didn't know I was that close to 100. Next week I plan to maintain through the first half of the week (assuming the foot stays fine) while moving back to CO, and then hopefully pick it up with CRUD tempo on Thursday morning and some fantastic MOUNTAIN runs on the weekend!
